Terms of service
Effective 21 August 2026. Beacon is operated by EVAA PTE. LTD., Singapore. These terms are written in plain English on purpose; if your procurement needs a signed agreement, write to sc@evaa.sg.
What Beacon is
Beacon tracks how AI assistants answer questions about your brand and builds the branded surfaces those assistants can read from. What each plan includes is stated on the pricing page, and that page is part of these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and no further charges follow. If a price changes, existing subscribers hear about it by email before their next renewal, and the new price applies only from the cycle after the notice.
Your data and your catalogue
The catalogue, product data and answers you approve stay yours. You give us the licence needed to run the service with them, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you connect.
Fair use
Use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials to your team, and do not probe, overload or disrupt the service or use it to mislead the platforms it works with. We can suspend an account that breaks this, with notice where the law allows.
What we do and do not promise
Reports describe what the assistants said when we asked. Assistant answers change, and the platforms are outside our control, so no figure on this site or in a report is a promise of a future ranking, citation or revenue outcome. We run the service with reasonable skill and care.
Liability
To the extent Singapore law allows it, our total liability for anything arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side owes the other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending things
You can stop using Beacon at any time by cancelling. We can end or suspend the service for material breach or non-payment, with notice. Sections that by their nature survive, such as liability and data ownership, survive.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If a dispute comes up, write first: most things resolve in one email to sc@evaa.sg.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the page changes with a new effective date, and existing subscribers get an email ahead of the change taking effect for them.
