Privacy policy

The short version

This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and carries no advertising. We collect what you choose to send us, what our payment and booking providers need to do their jobs, and the ordinary server logs any hosted site produces. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

What we collect, and where it goes

• Email. If you write to sc@evaa.sg we hold your message and address in our mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. We use it to reply and for nothing else.
• Bookings. The walkthrough link goes to Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email and the slot you pick, under its own privacy policy, and shows them to us so the call can happen.
• Payments. Subscriptions run on Stripe payment links. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. Stripe shows us your name, email, plan and subscription status so we can run the service, and it handles your card under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel. Like any host it keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, used for security and operations.
• One browser preference. The Brands and Agencies switch stores your choice in your own browser’s localStorage so the page remembers the view you picked. It never leaves your machine and identifies nothing.

What we use it for

Replying to you, running your subscription, operating and securing the service, and meeting legal obligations such as tax and accounting records. That list is complete.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Calendly (bookings), Vercel (hosting) and Google Workspace (email). Each processes only what its job requires, and each may process data outside Singapore, including in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep things

Correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and a reasonable period after. Subscription and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs on the host’s standard rotation.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or the UK we will honour the equivalent GDPR requests. Write to sc@evaa.sg and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top. A change that matters to existing subscribers gets an email, ahead of time.
